Great Roads Great Rides 2  -  This superb Highways Agency PublicTV channel video introduces Glenn Julian, an advanced rider, as he gives us a commentary of his short ride along motorway, through town and then out onto beautiful country roads, describing what he is reading from his surroundings and how he is reacting to make his ride even better. A must see for both novice and experienced riders alike.  A good refresher for the experienced and an essential introduction for the novice as to what they should be doing.

The Driving Manual says that the average driver's reaction time is 0.75 seconds - or 1 car length for every 10mph.  Test your own average reaction time here, but do be careful, it can become very addictive!  And remember, many things can effect your reaction time, like tiredness, how old you are, how involved in your riding you are, etc.  But more importantly, when you're out riding, remember that your score will be the time after something important happens when you're doing sweet FA!!!
