This year's Ferrets' Weekend Event takes us from
Skipton, on the
edge of the Yorkshire Dales, to our overnight stay in Melrose, in the
Scottish Borders, taking advantage of the best biking roads that the
Dales, Cumbria, Teesdale and the Borders itself can offer. We will spend the Saturday night in Melrose and
will be arranging hotel and camping accommodation for whichever you fancy
doing, but the Saturday night meal will be at a combined venue, so that we
can all enjoy each other's company together.
The hotel cost will be about £50 for a single room,
and £85 for a double, although we may be able to negotiate special rates
if we have a big enough party. Camping rates will be much less of
course, but we don't have a figure as yet.
